Shipping

Chimeneas and accessories take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Apparel takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Damage in Shipments:

We take extra precautions when packaging our items, but there is always a chance of mis- handling during shipping. Prior to signing off on your delivery, open your items and inspect it. If your item is damaged refuse shipment and indicate the breakage on the bill of lading and then contact us. If unable to inspect at arrival please notify us within 48 hours of any damage items, we have only 5 days to put in a claim from date of receipt. A photo of the damage packaging and item will help expedite a claim.

Please retain the shipment and packaging material for 5 business days as required. We will file a claim, please contact us at helpdesk@gcorpsports.com. G Corp Sports reserves the right to replace item or damaged parts without full return.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 5 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us for return authorization number. A credit refund will be issued upon return for unopened, undamaged items less shipping cost. Returns may take 10-15 days for processing. Any item, including items sold with free shipping, returned or canceled after shipping, will incur all actual shipping charges without prior return approval. Defective items returned without approval will be considered a refund return and actual shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used (fired, misused, damaged due to neglect or worn). 5 Days after delivery all sales are considered final.

Returns will be credited to the account used for purchase only if the following conditions are met.

Un-opened and unused items full refund less shipping.

Like new and package is opened, item is not damaged, clean and can be re-sold. 85% refund, less shipping.

Any order may be canceled before shipping. If an order has already been shipped, shipping and return charges are non-refundable.

When returning an item be sure to package it carefully. Any damages occurred in shipping because of negligent packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions please contact us before re-packing and shipping an item for return.

We took the traditional Mexican fireplace, the chiminea, and brought it into the future to make a great addition to any tailgate event, home or office environment.G Corp Sports patent pending chimeneas are hand made to specification and imported directly from Mexico. Local artisans use a special clay found only in the country's highlands and craft the chimenea with methods that have been passed down through the generations. The Chims, for short, are handmade and painted and available in four sizes with stands. The small and medium chims are candleholders and can be custom made to match the colors of any company, organization, or favorite team (making them great to use as centerpieces or on buffet stations), while the other two can be used as fireplaces or for grilling — both are made with heat-resistant black paint.
